Seattle had a pretty good draft. The best thing they did was add depth after losing some very key role players this offseason. But the one thing they did not do was get a true deep threat reciever. Richardson is very good but will play more of a Baldwin/Harvin hybrid role. He has speed and can get open in the slot, he will probably return punts with tate gone. Kevin Norwood could be that guy but not anytime soon.

I think there is a scenario in which Seattle could do this under the circumstances so here's an idea

3 team trade

SEA-HOU-CLE

Seattle gets: WR Josh Gordon

Houston gets: Seattles 2015 3rd rnd pick, WR Doug Baldwin, QB Tavaris Jackson

Cleveland gets: WR Andre Johnson, Seattles 2016 2nd rnd pick that can be turned into a 1st rnd pick based on playing time and priduction

Seattle gets put in a good position. Even if Gordon has to sit out for the year it's ok because Seattle is very deep at the position especially after drafting 2 WR plus having Harvin and Rice healthy and they still have Kearse. Plus Carroll will point Gordon in the right direction and get the most out of him.

even though Gordon is a lot younger, they still get one of the best wr's in the game if not all time. Plus for all they kno Gordon could get another suspension and never be able to play and even if that does happen they get a 2nd rnd pick to invest in another weapon for Johnny football.

Houston knows that Johnson is unhappy, so they let him go and get a decent pick for him with how old he is. They also get a veteran QB in Jackson who can be an average starter until they develop their young QB. They also get Baldwin who has very smart football is

all in all, Seattle takes a gamble that could pay dividends and they end up with one of the best WR groups in the NFL just picture this offense

Seattle seahawks offense

QB: Russell Wilson

RB: Marshall Lynch

TE: Zach Miller

WR: Josh Gordon, Jermaine Kearse

SWR: Percy Harvin, Paul Richardson

WR: Sidney Rice, Kevin Norwood

This could be a deadly offense with an already dominant defense.

1.) 22 May 2014
Houston is not trading Andre Johnson they would have over 11 million in dead money so no chance they trade him

2.) 24 May 2014
Josh Gordan is rumored to be suspend for the year in 2014
